Marco Paoletti - Maggler

Social work

Emilio Paoletti, Marco's father, built a school in 1992 in Krabbe, province of Buenos Aires to help the rural education in that area. In 1996 he co-built the Museum de la ciudad de Coronel Pringles, in 2009 he rebuilt it.

Inspired by him Marco started doing social work in 1997 as a math teacher in shanty towns. In 1998 he helped organize the aid to flooded regions in the north of Argentina. In 1999 he started working as a juggling teacher to problematic students in schools and high schools in Buenos Aires. In his trip to Guatemala in 2000 he joined Do Care to work as a translator for a hospital that was located in a school in Santa Maria town. In 2006 he started working as a therapeutic assistant of down syndrome people in Buenos Aires. In 2007 he taught and performed in "CUDV Crna" institution in Slovenia. In 2008 and 2009 he participated as a guest teacher with the social circus group of Galway City in Ireland. In 2009 he joined "Creative World" (empower kids with creativity) of Rik Konings. In 2009 and 2010 he taught and performed in the "Kids Festival" in Sarajevo, Bosnia. Since 2011 he has been giving lectures and presentations in schools in Argentina and United States.
